Target Industry Sectors
Pursuant to the Company’s investment principles, it will focus on the following industry sectors: 

• Warehousing, Storage and Commercial
• Acquisitions, Mergers of Medical and Dental clinics
• Design and construction of duplexes, Retirement housing resorts.
• Regional Small Business development
• Affordable Housing, Granny flats all self- sustaining, plus housing on water.
• Land Banking and Developments

​Investment Stage 
In order to maximise returns to shareholders, management will select investment opportunities for Board consideration that: 

• have the potential to be leaders in their field
• are in industries with high growth potential
• have, or are forming, an experienced management team
• have a viable long-term strategy and detailed medium-term business plans
• have minority protection provisions that provide the Company with both the ability to influence strategic direction and a role in major decisions including management structure and business acquisitions; and/or
• have a viable exit strategy agreed with investee partners to achieve capital growth for the Company.

There is no restriction on the type of technology the Company may invest in. Export potential, though, is important.

​Structure and Process for Investment Decision– Making 
Making an investment decision is a rigorous process requiring the screening of proposals, conducting business and technology audits, assessing human capital, assessing the market, and financial analysis. The executive management team will carry out this process and make recommendations to the Board who will make the final decision.

Value Adding 
The Company Directors will use their experience in capital raisings, structuring, and strategic planning to shape the direction, management structure and capital raising activities of investee companies. Value will be added in the post investment stage and will include providing strategic advice, introduction to the Directors’ networks, and capital raising for expansion and monitoring.

Exit Strategies 
The management team will assist investee companies in achieving the Company’s exit from their share register by providing advice and assistance in formulating appropriate exit strategies. These exit strategies may include: 

• sale of investee company/ business
• MBO (management buyout)
• MBI (management buy in)
• IPO (initial public offering)
• M & A (merger and acquisition)
• Sale of shares or entity to a third party.
