Dear Investor,
Over the past 25 years I have been deeply involved in managing & developing businesses and providing strong growth strategies for companies throughout Australia and globally.
During the development of MACA & Co LIMITED (“MACA”) the Board has taken up equity in entities with trading history and the issuing of shares to founders of those entities in MACA. We can now say we are confident our application for stock exchange listing will be successful within the timeframe we have set ourselves. Our management team and I bring together an outstanding array of emerging companies with unique potential.
The Corporations Act (2001) and Taxation Act was revised some time ago and introduced section 974 which allows for equity take up not available to investors before. The new simpler regulations will mean capital gains tax-free benefits for investors, and, once it becomes a PDF company, it will lower company taxes. The money saved will in turn benefit investors. This saving on tax will allow for us to introduce a mandatory offset of tax savings into a pool for the benefit of investors and therefore providing loan funds.
MACA & Co LIMITED, as an investment company, will ensure the selected investments will at all times employ financial best practice and strong corporate governance. Investment received to date has set us on our way. A successful Fund Raising will help us to develop strong management teams within each investment company. Individual company management strengths will be further enhanced by the expertise of the Company’s team. We will both mentor investee companies as well as improve their performance through centralised accounting, marketing and management functions, so as to ensure that the Company’s investments have greater security.
