Suraj Sethuram - Chief Financial Officer
Suraj Sethuram is a senior executive with 25 years experience in the management of various businesses as CEO and Founder, CFO and Director.  Suraj has operated in various industries including healthcare, building & construction, manufacturing, professional services, advertising, technology and in the NPF sector.

Suraj’s vast experience covers financial and strategic management, risk and governance, go to market strategies and execution of business plans.  Suraj is extremely driven and passionate about the journey of the Company and to ensure growth is achieved in a sustainable way.  Suraj has an Accounting qualification, an Executive MBA and is a Fellow with CPA Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia.

Tiffany McMillan - Company Secretary

Tiffany has over ten years’ experience in the provision of full executive support to assist senior management and expertise in directing and enhancing administrative operations.  Highly skilled in administration and the provision of high-level executive support to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations.

Tiffany demonstrates her proven ability to build productive relationships with external departments and stakeholders to inspire the achievement of company requirements and objectives.  Skilled in travel and diary management, with strong experience in meeting and events coordination and the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. 

Kevin Hutchinson - Property Development Manager
​During his 30 year career, Kevin Hutchinson has been involved in property development, institutional investment, mergers & acquisitions, and Company’s management, as well as the amalgamation of various companies and business acquisitions.

In the 16 years from 1971 until 1987 Kevin was Investment Manager for three superannuation companies. In addition to running an international share portfolio, he was instrumental in carrying out property development projects ranging from residential subdivisions to high rise office buildings and shopping centres.  Since 1992 he has been involved in the development of large facilities, including storage and industrial tenancies, plus the acquisition of other industrial properties. 

Patrick Brodnik - Business Development
​​​Patrick has over 20 years’ experience within IT industry.  Patrick holds a RG146 Financial Securities and Derivatives License and cert IV in Financial Services and MBE Education in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial/Business Skills and Capital Raising.  ​He has a large network of business associates and well rounded in all areas of administration, human resource management, copyrighting, protecting intellectual property and internet marketing.​  ​​Patrick has over 20 years’ experience within IT industry.  Patrick holds a RG146 Financial Securities and Derivatives License and cert IV in Financial Services and MBE Education in Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial/Business Skills and Capital Raising.  
​Patrick has worked abroad for over 10 years and travelled to 60 countries.  He has a large network of business associates and well rounded in all areas of administration, human resource management, copyrighting, protecting intellectual property and internet marketing.  His passion is in the alternate healthcare industry; whereby he has worked closely with USA public companies and ASX listed companies to bring various health products and services to market.

John Wheeler - Lawyer
John is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of QLD and the High Court of Australia and previously a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.   John has been on the boards of numerous building companies.  John lived in USA for three years and was involved in promoting various corporations and products and was the CEO of this company for two years that specialised in alternative energy operations and energy sources.  John has been involved in numerous charities and was the foundation president of the Big Brother Big Sister movement Australia and run in conjunction with Centre Care Gold Coast for 10 years.

Zen Znezevic - Advisory​
Zen oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, real estate, investor relations, NDIS auditor, internal audit and tax functions for Australian organizations.  Zen specialises in professional services, strategic long-range planning, budgeting, banking and forecasting new-offer developments, as well as analysis and fraud prevention strategies. His organization managed finance for the company's supply chain, marketing, corporate communications, operations, HR, and IT groups. Recent assignments have included close advisory work with senior leadership of global and domestic organisations. Zen serves on the board of directors and chairs the Audit Committee for a number of non for profit organisations.

Zen holds a Bachelor of Economy degree, received his MBA and Master of Accounting from the Bond University and received his Master of Fraud and Financial Crime from Charles Sturt University. He is a registered Tax Agent, fellow member of the Tax Institute and IPA, Certified QMS and Environmental  Lead Auditor, Certified Business Advisor and Qualified JP.  Zen has travelled and worked in nine countries and was exposed to several industries. A highlight of his career was an election to board of Directors of Logan Community Bank where he has served over 6 years being one of founding directors.

Otto Henfling - Advisory​
Otto brings a wealth of experience and expertise, with a solid background in the Australian Public Service and a remarkable tenure of nearly 20 years in the not-for-profit/for-purpose sector, serving as both CEO and as non-executive board member and chair.   Otto holds a Graduate Certificate in Business and a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from Western Sydney University. He is pursuing a PhD in NFP leadership at the University of New England, further augmenting his expertise in the field.

Additionally, Otto serves as the Vice-Chair (Research) of the Leadership Development Community in the International Leadership Association (ILA), reflecting his commitment to advancing leadership practices.  Upholding professional standards, Otto is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of both the Governance Institute of Australia and the Institute of Managers and Leaders. In addition, he is a member of several national and international professional bodies.

Greg Benson - Advisory​
Greg is a leader in the not-for-profit sector and social innovator who has a passion for blending technology and human relationships to create sustainable positive outcomes in communities. Greg has been a leader in the human services sector for 25 years, most recently as the Chief Executive Office of a Foster Care and Disability services agency and has previously supported organisations as a Board Director and worked as a senior executive within the NSW Government.

Greg brings a deep understanding of the human services sector, organisation strategic leadership, and the practical challenges of delivering services in the community.

Richard Bean - Advisory
​​Richard has an extensive property background covering some 43 years and practical knowledge gained from working in England, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. His ability in property matters has led to senior positions which include being the Managing Director and CEO of two International Real Estate Companies, Knight Frank in Queensland and Colliers in Singapore.  A thorough knowledge and understanding of property agency and marketing, project marketing planning and management, project financing, project development from “green field” status and cross border dealings with international sales has positioned him as a leader in the real estate business.
 
Richard is regarded as a decision maker who carefully evaluates the pros and cons of the property business and acts in the best interest of his clients to discuss, implement strategy, direct and execute upon agreed plans.  His focus is upon a successful outcome covering all property disciplines; be it a Commercial Sales/Leasing Campaign, Residential House Sales and Marketing or a major Project Marketing Exercise covering both Local and International markets.  The important role of Digital Marketing and use of Social Media has changed the way real estate business is conducted.

Hayden Lewis - Advisory
Bin Fin Admin (Accounting) M.B.A.
 
Hayden Lewis brings a blend of strategic vision and financial acumen to the corporate realm, with a focus on driving organisational growth through collaboration and systemic design. With a background in both finance and administration, complimented by an M.B.A., Hayden specialises in aligning capital raising and operational management with overarching strategic objectives.  With over a decade of experience in the affordable and property sector, his expertise extends to bank product development for retail lending and navigating government legislation changes, demonstrating a deep understanding of regulatory environments.   

Prior to role in the affordable housing sector, Hayden held prominent positions in the financial services and advisory sector. Notably, he served as Group Manager of the largest Australian private advisory service, where he provided expert guidance in private client advice and corporate structuring.  Currently, Hayden is at the forefront of addressing global challenges, particularly the shift towards new energy sectors such as Hydrogen and advocating for environmental rejuvenation.

Charles Palmer - General Manager New Zealand
Charles has been a business owner for over 30 years in the transportation and agriculture industries in Australia and New Zealand.  He has had experience in all facets of running business from sales to operations and customer service.
​

He has developed a vast array of international contacts and can leverage them to grow the various  business lines  across Australasia. Charles will lead all Maca & Co operations in the Pacific rim to ensure the achievement of sustainable growth .
